“Images from NASA, over the last one week, have suggested an increase in the number of fires in Delhi-NCR area, showing that the crops are constantly being burnt in the region, mainly in Haryana, an Indian Express report said. This is beeing done even after the National Green Tribunal (NGT) order to ban stubble burning completely. Images show rise in the number of cases of burning of crops in the region between April 25 and May 3. Months of March, April and May are mostly associated with burning of wheat stubble.” Financial Express
