Solicitor general Ranjit Kumar for the Union government and Dushyant Dave for the Delhi government told a bench headed by Chief Justice H L Dattu that they have agreed with amicus curiae Harish Salve’s suggestion to levy an additional Rs 1,200 on big trucks and Rs 600 on light commercial vehicles which use Delhi as transit route for their final destination…” The Times of India.
