“Commending the National Green Tribunal (NGT) for its efforts to reduce air pollution and bring relief to the citizens, the Supreme Court on Monday refused to interfere with the tribunal’s order to ban in Delhi vehicles that are more than 15 year old. A bench led by Chief Justice H L Dattu dismissed an appeal by a private party against the NGT’s order which banned diesel vehicles that are more than 10 year old and petrolvehicles older than 15 years.” The Financial Express.
